HOW THE JOURNEY BEGAN & WHERE WE ARE GOING

Many know us as the creators of the Aromas of Adventure and local candle makers.

We started this journey nearly a decade ago, to create tabletop inspired merchandise for our campaigns. What started off as a small online shop with the occasional local farmers market to buy more tabletop books, has now grown to a boutique hobby shop. Our store is a love letter to all those who believed in us from the beginning and continue to help us grow in this industry.

We believe in fostering other small businesses and being a platform for others who wish to follow in a similar path. Our store is a Starter Shop to help new players join the community with inclusivity and understanding. We aim to foster this growing community with a network of gamers across all of Florida with our Non-Profit the Roll Together Foundation and local convention Quest Con Orlando.

Each of us is a Crafty Gamer and we share this passion by offering classes, lessons, events, community gatherings and more. We hope to keep doing this for years to come and perhaps create more shops across Florida.

MEET THE TEAM

  • Carlos

    The owner of the shop and overall gamer. When he isn't at the shop you can find him at conventions and other events across town making sure everyone nows where to find us.

  • Jordan

    Marketing manager for the shop, you may see her behind the scenes and on our socials making hilarious skits and taking photos of our products. She also helps with our community outreach.

  • Daniel

    A part of the team since day one, Daniel is one of our candlemakers and resident event person. Chances are you will see him at the shop playing some games on board game nights.

  • Paul

    You may see him on socials acting alongside Jordan. He is a playwright by day and you can find him around town performing on stage.

  • Nicol

    If we carry it, chances are she knows about it. Our resident board game knowledge base and is always willing to help people discover new ones.

  • Emmanuel

    In-house artist who is responsible for our fantastic label artwork and class collection stickers and coaster designs.

  • Tamara

    Our primary candlemaker and behind the scenes support. She makes sure we are fully stocked with scented products and organized.

  • Terry

    In-House painter for events and active community liason. You can find her at our community events in and out of the shop or on discord.

  • Tabatha

    The woman, the myth, the legend. You can find her at the shop on weekends making sure everything is running smoothly. One day we will capture a photo.
